Do I need a toner with my colour?
Not always, but most lightening services do. That’s why we’ve included toner in the price of our lightening services.
How long will my colour last?
Most clients return every 6 to 8 weeks, although this depends on your colour service, home care routine and daily habits.
How long will my appointment take?
Appointment times vary depending on the service you’re having.
We’ll let you know how long to allow when you book, and if you’re planning a major colour transformation or extension service, we’ll discuss the timing during your consultation.
Do you do colour corrections?
Yes. We always recommend booking a consultation first so we can assess your current hair, discuss your goals and recommend the best approach.
Do you offer styling tips after my appointment?
Yes. Your stylist will walk you through home care, product recommendations and styling tips before you leave so you can keep your hair looking its best between appointments.
Do you offer any colour packages or bundles?
We regularly run extensions and colour promotions throughout the year. Check the Packages section on this page to see our current offers.
Should I wash my hair before my colour appointment?
It’s completely up to you. We’ll wash and blow wave your hair as part of your appointment either way.
If you’re coming in for an extension lift appointment, we do recommend washing your hair the day before.
Can I book a consultation before committing?
Absolutely. A consultation gives you the opportunity to ask questions, discuss your options and decide on the right service before booking.
