Both Tape and Weft Extensions need to be lifted every 6-8 weeks to keep your natural hair healthy.
Can I wash my hair with extensions in?
- Yes! You can wash your hair as normal, but we recommend using a specific shampoo and conditioner to keep extensions hydrated and long-lasting.
Will hair extensions damage my natural hair?
Not at all. We’ve perfected our application and removal techniques to ensure your natural hair stays healthy. In fact, many clients find their hair grows longer and stronger while wearing extensions.
How do I care for my extensions between salon visits?
- Daily brushing: Be gentle, especially when wet.
- Bedtime routine: Use silk pillowcases, plait hair before bed, and avoid sleeping with wet hair.
- Swimming & heat protection: Avoid chlorine and salt water; use a heat protectant spray before styling.
- Before & after appointments: Wash your hair 48 hours after application and 1 day before your maintenance appointment.
Can I wear my hair extensions to special events?
Absolutely! Extensions can be styled for everyday wear or special occasions.

What is the cancellation policy?
- 48-hour notice required for cancellations/reschedules.
- Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to your next booking if notice is given.

Are there age restrictions for getting hair extensions?
No! We welcome clients of all ages. However, if you’re under 18, we ask that a parent or guardian accompanies you to ensure extensions are the right choice.
